Concrete has been part of my family long before OnGrade ever existed.
My dad built his life in this trade, and I grew up watching concrete become more than just a job for our family — it was how we worked, how we provided, and how we built a future.
I'm proud to be a second-generation concrete contractor, but OnGrade also represents something personal to me. It's the opportunity to take everything I've learned from the generation before me and build something of my own, with the same respect for the trade, but with my own standards, vision, and responsibility behind every project.
Today, I'm involved in nearly every part of the company — from developing relationships and estimating work, to preconstruction, project planning, scheduling, field operations, project management, quality control, and seeing the job through to completion.
